MSG: Does It Have Side-Effects?

MSG: There have been numerous studies of allergies and/or sensitivities to MSG, attributed to the free glutamic acid component, which has been blamed for causing a wide variety of physical symptoms such as migraines, nausea, digestive upsets, drowsiness, heart palpitation, hair loss, asthma, anaphylactic shock, rapidly increasing diabetes, and many other complaints. MSG is in the H1N1 vaccine!!!

There is a bigger list of side-effects. I have only mentioned a few of them. This is a commonly used food additive, and yet, it is definitely not innocuous, or harmless.

And, please take note: Often the term "natural flavors" on food packaging means MSG. If the last packager of your food item did not personally add MSG to the food before sending it to market, they do not have to list it on the final packaging.

I have made up a saying: "If you don't grow it, you don't know it!" Go Natural in your food preparation. Just because it tastes good, doesn't mean you should it eat it. There is a lot of JUNK out there that people are living on, or should I say existing on. It will catch up with them someday, and, perhaps that will be sooner than later.

If you use MSG, stop doing so. There are other ways to flavor food and to tenderize meat. Please use only meat from non-hormone fed, free range grown animals. I will touch on how to tenderize meat naturally in upcoming posts or write to me for information. I would love to hear from you.

Talk with you soon,

What is in the H1N1 Vaccine?

What is in the H1N1 Vaccine? Here is a short summary:

Some of he various "Flu Vaccine Ingredients" include the following:

* Egg protein, and many people are allergic to eggs. Are you or a loved one allergic to aggs/ This is something to carefully consider.
* Monosodium Glutamate- I will post more on the formidably dangerous effects of MSG in upcoming posts. They will utterly shock you!!!
* Formaldehyde- Formalyn (formalin) is a 37 percent solution of gaseous formaldehyde which includes methanol. (Used in vaccines as a tissue fixative) Formaldehyde solution (formalin) is considered a hazardous compound and it is vapor toxic.
* Polysorbate 80 shown to cause infertility in mice, and is, also, in many foods and skin care products so always read you labels on everything.
* Sodium Chloride and Calcium Chloride
* Potassium phosphate- a soluble salt which is used as a fertilizer, a food additive and a fungicide. It is a source of phosphorus and potassium. It is also a buffering agent.
* Thimerosal- This is a form of mercury, a very toxic, dangerous substance, still found in some multi-vile vaccines.
* Polyoxidonium- Synthetic polymers and nanomaterials display selective phenotypic effects in cells and in the body that affect signal transduction mechanisms involved in inflammation, differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. When physically mixed or covalently conjugated with cytotoxic agents, bacterial DNA or antigens, polymers can drastically alter specific genetically controlled responses to these agents.
* Squalene- An oil based adjuvant that has never been approved in the US as safe, can cause blindness, autoimmune dysfunction and can inhibit sperm production. More than two dozen peer-reviewed scientific papers from ten different laboratories throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia have been published documenting the development of autoimmune disease in animals subjected to 2 squalene-based adjuvants.
* Human Diploid Tissue- organ and tissue from aborted baby tissue is used in manufacturing many vaccines. This is not new, however. Aborted fetal material has been used for various other vaccines and as a culturing medium for over 30 years! The data on this is appalling.

The H1N1 viruses is not a new virus! It is the same virus found in 1947 and 1976. Many who got the vaccine in 1976 suffered serious side-effects and the filed lawsuits for damages that exceeded 3 billion dollars ; 1.3 billion of that was filed within the first few weeks on the vaccine being introduced into the populace.

Till next time...

Take care, & eat natural, & stay healthy,

Do you Care about Animals? This Movie Is a Must See

Hi, You know this time of year touches everyone's heart. Most everyone wants to do something nice for other people.

There is a new documentary that takes a close look at the dolphin slaughter in Japan that continues on every year. The review web site for the documentary is http://www.takepart.com/thecove. Trailers, also, found at http://www.thecovemovie.com/ or, watch one of the trailers below. If you have ever felt led to help an animal foundation, this movie may direct your heart to a very worthwhile cause.

The movie is heart-rending! It is called "A classic espionage tale", "truly harrowing", "passionate, exciting, and frightening", ... The gentleman who trained the dolphins who played the part of Flipper many years ago is one of the main people in the movie. His heart is one of total compassion for the dolphins.

The people who made this documentary are very brave. If a script was written on the subject, it would not have been better portrayed with everything playing out as it did. This is real! It will open your eyes to something that is hard to fathom, because even though this movie has been daringly produced and the activity exposed world-wide, the slaughter is still scheduled to continue as it has not, as yet, been stopped.

"If we destroy anything in nature we are taking away from ourselves," is a quote in the movie. This our future and that of our children and grandchildren. We must take steps to ensure a safer, healthier environment and eco-system now. The ocean is life. What happens to it, happens to us.

God bless,
Stephen

(Do visit the web sites mentioned above. I had to remove the video due to a glitch that kept it in replay mode. You will find the trailers eye-opening.)

Summary...

In the 1960s, Richard O'Barry enjoyed a lucrative career as a specialized animal trainer; he captured the five dolphins that were used in the popular television series Flipper, and taught them the tricks and special commands they used on the show. Four decades later, O'Barry has renounced his former life as a trainer and become an animal rights activist, speaking out against the hunting of aquatic mammals and keeping them in captivity. O'Barry is not welcome in Taiji, a town along the Japanese coast where hunting dolphins is a major part of the local economy, but he and a group of activist filmmakers made their way into the city as well as the carefully guarded harbor in hopes of documenting the abuse of dolphins by fisherman and the poisoning of the waters that has taken a toll on the marine ecology. O'Barry and his colleagues captured some beautiful underwater footage as well as shocking images of how the town's fisherman have sullied the dolphins and their habitat, and director Louie Psihoyos has used this material as the basis for the documentary The Cove, which received its world premiere at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival. - Mark Deming, All Movie Guide

Water: A Precious Commodity-Don't Waste It & Know What You're Drinking!

We have been lecturing on water for 40 years. In the last 2 1/2 years we have immersed ourselves in the subject. It is vital for life.

There is a new documentary movie, Tapped, that will be shown in Hot Springs, AR, tomorrow, Monday, at around 11:15 AM at the Malco Theater, and at other theaters around the world at various Documentary Film Festivals. This is the only showing of the week. If you can possible see it, do so.

We need to be educated. We need to know what the best water is to drink. Water is not something to waste or to commercialize and be put into plastic bottles that endanger the environment and our health. Bottled water is not fit for human consumption!

Here is a bleep from the press release:
Is access to clean drinking water a basic human right, or a commodity that should be bought and sold like any other article of commerce? Stephanie Soechtig’s debut feature is an unflinching examination of the big business of bottled water. From the producers of Who Killed the Electric Car and I.O.U.S.A., this timely documentary is a behind-the-scenes look into the unregulated and unseen world of an industry that aims to privatize and sell back the one resource that ought never become a commodity: our water.

Enjoy the movie trailer:

Our future and that of our children and their children and... depends on this education. Share this movie. It affects every person in the US and elsewhere. The earth is the only home we all have. Let's take care of it.

To your health and life,
Stephen

A Doctor's Expert Opinion on the Vaccine

I just received this video. Some of you may have seen it on Fox News. It is a video of an interview with Dr. Kent Holtorf, an expert on infectious diseases.

Something to think about:
The uniqueness of the individual tends to get lost in programs like mass vaccination programs as was brought out in an article that appeared in the International Medical Digest ( July 1969) that stated: "There is no sound basis for the assumption that every child or infant must be inoculated with every available vaccine; on the contrary, there may be a valid reason for omitting any or all available antigens. Each patient is an individual, and deserves evaluation on this basis, rather than as an epidemiologic statistic." The article goes on to point out that "the incidence of vaccine-induced morbidity has increased alarmingly" and that the medical profession "must re-evaluate the principles, purposes, and hazards of immunization and reassess current procedures."

Take care, and I'll post more soon,
Stephen

What is "Squalene" Used in The Swine Flu Vaccine?

Will There Be Immune Adjuvants in Swine Flu Vaccines? The information that follows is by Dr. Mercola. The link follows:

The U.S. government has contracts with several drug companies to develop and produce the swine flu vaccines. At least two of those companies, Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline, are using an adjuvant in their H1N1 vaccines.

What is the adjuvant? Oil based Squalene. Think about the reference to "oil" that was made in the patent explanation in my previous post. It is interesting.

This is what has been found according to Meryl Nass, M.D., an authority on the anthrax vaccine,

“A novel feature of the two H1N1 vaccines being developed by companies Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline is the addition of squalene-containing adjuvants to boost immunogenicity and dramatically reduce the amount of viral antigen needed. This translates to much faster production of desired vaccine quantities.”[v]

Novartis’s proprietary squalene adjuvant for their H1N1 vaccine is MF59. Glaxo’s is ASO3. MF59 has yet to be approved by the FDA for use in any U.S. vaccine, despite its history of use in other countries.

Per Dr. Nass, there are only three vaccines in existence using an approved squalene adjuvant. None of the three are approved for use in the U.S.

What Squalene Does to Rats...

Oil-based vaccination adjuvants like squalene have been proved to generate concentrated, unremitting immune responses over long periods of time.[vi]

A 2000 study published in the American Journal of Pathology demonstrated a single injection of the adjuvant squalene into rats triggered “chronic, immune-mediated joint-specific inflammation,” also known as rheumatoid arthritis.[vii]

The researchers concluded the study raised questions about the role of adjuvants in chronic inflammatory diseases.

What Squalene Does to Humans...

Your immune system recognizes squalene as an oil molecule native to your body. It is found throughout your nervous system and brain. In fact, you can consume squalene in olive oil and not only will your immune system recognize it, you will also reap the benefits of its antioxidant properties.

The difference between “good” and “bad” squalene is the route by which it enters your body. Injection is an abnormal route of entry which incites your immune system to attack all the squalene in your body, not just the vaccine adjuvant.

Your immune system will attempt to destroy the molecule wherever it finds it, including in places where it occurs naturally, and where it is vital to the health of your nervous system.[viii]

Gulf War veterans with Gulf War Syndrome (GWS) received anthrax vaccines which contained squalene.[ix] MF59 (the Novartis squalene adjuvant) was an unapproved ingredient in experimental anthrax vaccines and has since been linked to the devastating autoimmune diseases suffered by countless Gulf War vets.[x]

The Department of Defense made every attempt to deny that squalene was indeed an added contaminant in the anthrax vaccine administered to Persian Gulf war military personnel – deployed and non-deployed – as well as participants in the more recent Anthrax Vaccine Immunization Program (AVIP).

However, the FDA discovered the presence of squalene in certain lots of AVIP product. A test was developed to detect anti-squalene antibodies in GWS patients, and a clear link was established between the contaminated product and all the GWS sufferers who had been injected with the vaccine containing squalene.

A study conducted at Tulane Medical School and published in the February 2000 issue of Experimental Molecular Pathology included these stunning statistics:

“ … the substantial majority (95%) of overtly ill deployed GWS patients had antibodies to squalene. All (100%) GWS patients immunized for service in Desert Shield/Desert Storm who did not deploy, but had the same signs and symptoms as those who did deploy, had antibodies to squalene.

In contrast, none (0%) of the deployed Persian Gulf veterans not showing signs and symptoms of GWS have antibodies to squalene. Neither patients with idiopathic autoimmune disease nor healthy controls had detectable serum antibodies to squalene. The majority of symptomatic GWS patients had serum antibodies to squalene.”[xi]

According to Dr. Viera Scheibner, Ph.D., a former principle research scientist for the government of Australia:

“… this adjuvant [squalene] contributed to the cascade of reactions called "Gulf War Syndrome," documented in the soldiers involved in the Gulf War.

The symptoms they developed included arthritis, fibromyalgia, lymphadenopathy, rashes, photosensitive rashes, malar rashes, chronic fatigue, chronic headaches, abnormal body hair loss, non-healing skin lesions, aphthous ulcers, dizziness, weakness, memory loss, seizures, mood changes, neuropsychiatric problems, anti-thyroid effects, anaemia, elevated ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), Raynaud’s phenomenon, Sjorgren’s syndrome, chronic diarrhea, night sweats and low-grade fevers.”[xii]

Post Vaccination Follow-Up Might as Well Be Non-Existent.

There is virtually no science to support the safety of vaccine injections on your long-term health or the health of your children. Follow-up studies last on average about two weeks, and look only for glaring injuries and illnesses.

Autoimmune disorders like those seen in Gulf War Syndrome frequently take years to diagnose due to the vagueness of early symptoms. Complaints like headaches, fatigue and chronic aches and pains are symptoms of many different illnesses and diseases.
