Vaccines are a topic of great controversy among experts and laymen alike. I have had a lifetime, over 47 years of studying, personally dealing with the subject, and profiled in several books.

I was at the congressional hearing in the early 1980's, where the Vaccine Compensation Bill was discussed and in which I testified in the United States Congress in Washington. D.C.: An advocate for choice. My testimony is in the US Congressional Record transcript.

Never will I say you should not get vaccines. I believe in an "Informed Decision" and having a "choice" as to whether or not one wishes that they or a member of their family should be vaccinated.

Watch this video for an interesting documentary on the subject. With all the vaccines planned for the future, this is important for everyone, including adults. There is a proposed schedule for adults, too.

If you are an adult, please watch and read the information below. Know what the side effects are and report your case, or that of a loved one, if you suspect injury or death from a vaccine.

As I said, this topic is not just regarding children. Adults are, also, affected. An example: There was a news report by Action News JAX in Florida. Two combat marines suffered heart inflammation (myopericarditis) and permanent health damage after getting smallpox vaccinations that they were ordered to take. We know of many adults who were required to have vaccines in order to continue working at their various jobs and have suffered serious adverse reactions after receiving them.

Right now countries around the world have either mandated vaccines for children, or will soon be doing so in 2018. Someday in the near future, they are expecting the same for adults. So, everyone may/will soon be affected.

So, if you or a family member should get a vaccine-children or adults, I have a few suggestions for you.

Please note: These are suggestions from the information I have been able to gather over the years to the best of my knowledge.

I am not a vaccine attorney, so please, if you suspect any harm done by vaccines, by all means consult an attorney specializing in vaccine injury cases.

Be aware that receiving any compensation for any serious damages that may ensue does not go through the normal court system.

There is NO remedy at law for vaccine damage through the court system. Vaccine manufactures are buffered by the government. They do not operate under the same rules as do pharmaceuticals (prescription drugs). They are exempt from prosecution and damages as determined by a decision of the U.S. Supreme Court.

The “court” used is a board of eight in the Office of Special Masters who are appointed to serve four-year terms: They are not elected officials.

Rather than appear before a court with a jury of your peers as most people are used to doing, you would, instead, need to present your case to these 8 people who determine judgement. There are some preliminary steps. There is, also, a statute of limitation from the time the symptoms manifest which is just 3 years, and if death results, it is limited to only 2 years.

Make sure you...

1. Ask for the package inserts of the vaccines that are being recommended or mandated to get so that you can read for yourself the side affects that one should be aware of that may take place. If you are denied the insert, you may, also, access package inserts HERE from John Hopkins, or the link mentioned above.

2. Get the lot number, batch number, and manufacturer of the vaccine being administered should you choose to get vaccines whether it be for children or an adult in the family. This is most important!

We have, also, learned, that the vaccine/vaccines point of entry on the body must be noted in the paperwork submitted if there is a vaccine reaction. So, whether it be oral, nasal, a shot in an arm, leg, buttocks, etc., it MUST be noted for the "Masters" to proceed on your case.

Be very specific in preparing your notes, and get a copy of the doctor's report when you are in the office! So many reports have been said to have been misplaced or lost when requested at a later time.

Just a added thought: When you are in the doctor's office, grab your smart phone and take pictures or a video of the vaccine administration and the placement of bandages that are usually put over the point of entry. The more verified documentation you have, the easier it will be in presenting a case. Hopefully, everything will go well; however, it is better to be well prepared, than not be and wish you had.

3. If you experience any side-effects listed in the package inserts such as fever, swelling, etc., report it to VAERS-Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System(Government Reporting Agency), VICP (Vaccine Injury Compensation program), and NIVC, the National Vaccine Information Center. All Links are below.

NVIC, the National Vaccine Information Center, has records of others who have reported problems and can correlate the reports to see if your lot/batch has had any reported side effects, but, as I said, this can only be done if you have the above information.

It is law that the doctor or primary health care provider reports any adverse reactions, but, sadly, less than 10% are ever reported. So, if you want to have the side-effects reported to VAERS, you will, with all probability, have to report the problem yourself.

No matter what vaccine you receive, ask for the above information just in case you should need it. Should there be a reaction, the forms to submit will require that information.

You must submit the necessary paperwork to VAERS within the specified time mentioned above. Please understand, as I said, that an award is determined by designated Masters who decide the judgment of your case.

The process is as follows:

An individual files a petition with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services medical staff reviews the petition, determines if it meets the medical criteria for compensation and makes a preliminary recommendation.

The U.S. Department of Justice develops a report that includes the medical recommendation and legal analysis and submits it to the Court.

The report is presented to a court-appointed special master, who decides whether the petitioner should be compensated, often after holding a hearing in which both parties can present evidence. If compensation is awarded, the special master determines the amount and type of compensation.

The Court orders the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to award compensation. Even if the petition is dismissed, if certain requirements are met, the Court may order the Department to pay attorneys' fees and costs.

Note: The special master's decision may be appealed and petitioners who reject the decision of the court (or withdraw their petitions within certain timelines) may file a claim in civil court against the vaccine company and/or the health care provider who administered the vaccine. This is only if the submissions have been made to the Special Masters first.

All vaccine cases are filed electronically and are assigned to a special master who makes all factual and legal findings in the case. Please be aware of the criteria determining vaccine cases when submitting-Read the criteria on the websites carefully so NO steps are missed in the process.

Once a vaccine petition is filed, there are two phases of the claim: Entitlement and Damages.

In the Entitlement phase, the special masters receive evidence to determine if, by a preponderance of evidence, the vaccine injuries claimed were caused, in-fact, by the vaccine. See below (3)

Italy now has mandatory vaccinations for all children!

In an unprecedented way, the decree-law proposed by the Minister of Health has been signed by the sitting Italian President Sergio Mattarella.
Only four vaccines were mandatory in Italy, now that number triples to 12.
