Heaven forbid, if a reaction does occur from a vaccination, you must have important information on hand about the vaccine administered. As I have said before, you cannot sue the drug manufacturers or the doctors. Your case does not get determined in a court by a jury of your peers. This is all explained on the Vaccine page. So the information that you will be required to submit is different from usual procedures.
