WiFi and Its Little Talked about Effects on Your Health

Hi,

Hope you are having a great day. I had to post this video. Most of us are around WiFi in our homes, schools, and businesses. It is one of those things that comes with living in a technological world.

The following is a video that features a scientist who proves that when you do your homework, things may be a bit different than what most people are told about WiFi and its effects, especially on the unborn and children.

To your health,
Stephen

Make Your Own Yogurt!

Hi, There are so many reasons to make your own yogurt and it is so easy. We have been making our own for many years using a yogurt maker. We started out with one that had the 4 little containers on a pad years ago. Perhaps you had one similar to it.

We then used a yogurt maker that made 1/2 gallon in a special heating unit for the right temperature when we had more children. And, finally, my wife made it in a huge soup pot wrapped in newspaper and bundled in a blanket while it sat on a heating pad. It was perfect!

Our family grew to be eight, and yogurt milk (yogurt mixed with spring water) was used in place of
regular milk for everything from cereal to baking. The yogurt was freely used on baked potatoes, cornbread, vegetables, on beans, and anything else. It was natural, unsweetened, and very good.:)

You don't want to use store-bought yogurt if it is sold in plastic containers or sweetened. Most yogurt is sold in plastic, and as with anything else sold in plastic, the chemicals leach into the food. Women wonder why they are having hormonal problems: Everything is sold in plastic containers.

If it is sweetened, the sugar used in processing gets rid of the good bacteria quickly. So you think you are eating healthy food, but it is devoid of all the goodness you expect to find with the health benefits. Should you want to have it sweetened, add your flavorings right before serving. That way you'll have the health benefits from the yogurt.

Now, we have a new way of making it, and that is in a pressure cooker. We like this one. This particular one makes yogurt without much effort, as well as, other things such a quinoa, black rice, other whole grains and beans, etc.

Make sure it says yogurt maker: That's important. Try it, you'll love it.

Enjoy living naturally!

In health & joy,
Stephen

Sweden Bans Mandatory Vaccinations

Below is an article that I thought you may find of interest. I know I did.

Sweden has banned mandatory vaccinations, citing “serious health concerns” and the fact they violate a citizen’s constitutional rights to choose their own healthcare.

Quoting the article--The Swedish Riksdag (parliament) rejected seven motions on May 10 that would have enshrined forced vaccinations into law, stating: “It would violate our [Swedish Constitution] if we introduced compulsory vaccinations or mandatory vaccinations.”

The Riksdag also made reference to “frequent serious adverse reactions” in children who receive vaccinations.

You can read the full article here: http://yournewswire.com/sweden-mandatory-vaccinations/.

Have a great upcoming week!

A New Vaccine Movie

Hi,

Hope you are having a great day.

There is a new movie, Vaccines Revealed, that you will be able to watch free for a brief period of time in segments. Sign up at this site. http://www.vaccinesrevealed.com/free/

You will have 24 hours to watch each video. It starts tomorrow at 7 PM, 8/13/17.

No matter what your opinion is on the subject, watch the videos with an open mind, and consider the information presented. If you still proceed with vaccinating yourself and/or family members, do read the Vaccine page on this blog.

Heaven forbid, if a reaction does occur from a vaccination, you must have important information on hand about the vaccine administered. As I have said before, you cannot sue the drug manufacturers or the doctors. Your case does not get determined in a court by a jury of your peers. This is all explained on the Vaccine page. So the information that you will be required to submit is different from usual procedures.

Your in health & happiness,
Stephen

What to Have in Your Home for an Herbal Reference Book

Hope you are enjoying your summer.

Several people have asked me for a reference book that I would recommend for information on herbs to have on hand for everyday health maladies. One book that we have had in our home and referenced many, many times in 48 years is Back to Eden by Jeffrey Kloss.

The book covers nearly every malady that may suddenly occur, and it's is very handy to have in an emergency, or to have in your luggage or camping gear when traveling, camping, or hiking, especially in these summer months.

Have a great day,
Stephen

This is the cookbook that is great to have in your household, also, if you are a vegetarian!

Please Note: As Always, any recommendations do not surpass the recommendations of your personal physician or caregiver. Do consult your family physician in regards to any treatment, herbal remedies, or health advice for you and your family members in your household.

What is Happening to Our Wheat?

Wheat has been a staple for millenniums. But, something has happened. Our wheat is not the same wheat our forefather's ate.

There is an interesting movie on Netflix. If you have Netflix, I encourage you to take the time to watch the documentary, What's with Wheat? It's most interesting. And, the wheat by-products are used in skin care products and cosmetics, among other things on the store shelves.

Have a great day, and live naturally!

Bees-Will they Be Replaced by Technology?

That sounds like a far out question: Is it, though?

These amazing little creatures are in dire peril. Our environment, Electro Magnetic Fields, and so many other hazards such as pesticides are threatening these precious creatures everywhere.

So many plants that we eat, and foods and drinks made from them such as coffee, depend on pollination from bees. Check here to see the long list.

There is a very interesting BBC TV show entitled Hive Alive on Netflix. You will enjoy it.

There was another show I came across on Netflix, and that is Black Mirror. It is a very avant-garde show regarding technology in fictional story plots. But, are they really fictional in all cases.

One in particular is entitled Harm ... about bees, drone bees, designed to pollinate plants. This is most interesting, since there is a concern that in the not too distant future bees may tragically be extinct.

This is a proto-type. Interesting, isn't it?

The Harvard Microrobotics Lab has been working on its Micro Air Vehicles Project since early 2009. Borrowing from the biomechanics and social organization of bees, the team of researchers is undergoing the creation of tiny winged robots to fly from flower to flower, immune to the toxins dripping from petals, to spread pollen. They even believe that they will soon be able to program the robobees to live in an artificial hive, coordinate algorithms and communicate amongst themselves about methods of pollination and location of particular crops.
Of course, published reports from the lab also describe potential military uses—surveillance and mapping—but the dime-sized cyber-bees have yet to be outfitted with neurotoxin tipped stingers.

Mind you this video was made several years ago. Technology has advanced. So what is in store for us now and in the future? That is up to us.

Bees are amazing, wonderful little gifts from God! They take care of us. Let's take care of them NOW.

Blessings,
Stephen

P.S. Besides robotic bees, there are, also, robotic natural-looking  hummingbirds and other birds. Quoting this article in 2011, "DARPA's head of the Nano Air Vehicles (NAV) program. Dr Todd Hylton, said the successful flight tests pave the way for new vehicles that resemble small birds and match their agility."

What's next? That was 6 years ago. It is getting very interesting!
