Controversial Subject-Vaccines

As I have mentioned on my Vaccine Page, this is a subject that I have been very familiar with for many years. I am profiled in several books and my testimony on the vaccine issue is in the US Congressional Record.

Recently, several states have changed their rules. California is one of them. Drastic changes have taken place in the state regarding exemptions from immunizations for children enrolled in school, including philosophical.  Bottom-line, there are no exemptions!

In 2016, the state of Arkansas introduced a bill to take steps to do the same. The gist of it was that unless a family member/sibling, or a child has had serious side-effects from a vaccine as recorded in their medical records, children would no longer be eligible for a exemption status which included no philosophical exemptions. This would, no doubt, affect many if implemented and made law. When you read the articles regarding this issue, safety is being expressed, as well as, the benefits outweigh any risks.

Some interesting observations, though, have been reported regarding known adverse reactions as a result of vaccines. For instance, there is the following:

Additional Adverse Reactions Adverse events reported during post-approval use of Tripedia vaccine include idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, SIDS, anaphylactic reaction, cellulitis, autism, convulsion/grand mal convulsion, encephalopathy, hypotonia, neuropathy, somnolence and apnea. Events were included in this list because of the seriousness or frequency of reporting. Government vaccine package inserts available from your doctor or on my Vaccine page on this blog if you are unable to obtain one, also, report adverse reactions. The side-effects are known.

Here is the CDC’s VAERS reports and the vaccine damage payouts by the HHS/HRSA; See pages 5 and 9. The amount granted so far is staggering-$3,311,864,421.55 – that have been awarded for vaccine adverse reactions and deaths from 1989 to 2016. In 2017 so far, the  US government has already paid out nearly $159 million to vaccine injured families.

A law was passed in 1986, The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, whereby Congress gave drug companies a partial civil liability shield for vaccine injuries and deaths. In 2011, the US Supreme Court effectively banned all vaccine injury lawsuits, ruling that vaccines are - quote - “unavoidably unsafe.” 

Then, in 2016, Congress lowered licensing standards for experimental vaccines so that drug companies can fast track them to market without conducting large clinical trials. Interesting...

If severe reactions occur, there is no court with your peers.  Rather, the Office of Special Masters, which consists of 8 non-elected individuals, is the government's Vaccine Compensation panel who will decide whether your case will receive a settlement.

There is a 3 year statute of limitations for injuries.  Should a death occur as a result of vaccine damage it is 2 years.  

There are minimum requirements that a claim must meet to even be considered for receiving reimbursement for damages if they are ensued as a result of a vaccination that you must know if your family vaccinates. See my blog page, HERE for more information. 

If you do not follow the government protocol, you will most likely not receive compensation for damages. As I said: There is ONLY the government panel from which a decision will be given as to IF you will receive compensation-There Is No Tort System involved. So, you must follow some protocol set forth from the time you enter the doctor's office.  

Once the vaccines are administered and you leave the doctor's office, it is usually too late to gather the information you will need should you have to file a report. Doctors usually do not report vaccine damage. Even though it is the law for doctors and health care practitioners to report adverse reactions, less than 10% are reported.  In view of this, it will probably be up to you as the parent or receiver of the vaccine to do so.

Print out the information on that blog page mentioned above, and follow the bouncing ball, so-to-speak. Hopefully, nothing will happen. However, the truth is, no one expects anything to happen, but, sadly, it DOES.

I will be very blunt here: My wife and I have witnessed so many sad stories of children who were healthy and strong one day, and suffered terribly for the rest of their lives or died shortly after being vaccinated.  It has touched our hearts and souls and is something we will never forget.

Holidays Coming: There are Some Products Untouched by GMO's

You know the holiday season is almost upon us and cooks in most homes will be making treats to serve their family and friends. There is a company that is trying to do good by the consumer by producing canned goods that are verified GMO and high fructose free, as well as, the cans being BPA free. One of these is Oregon.

The company announced that...By the end of the year, labels on Oregon Fruit Products’ canned goods and “Pourable Fruit” containers will proclaim the company doesn’t use genetically engineered ingredients and has verification from the Non-GMO Project to prove it.

The company has never used genetically modified fruit and berries and the list of such products includes just two things: papaya and a handful of apple varieties.

But today’s consumer “is a thorough label-reader,” company CEO Chris Sarles said in a news release. “And as an 81-year-old company, it is crucial that we maintain and build upon the brand trust we have built over the decades.

“We have always held our sourcing, ingredients, processing, and packaging to the highest standards,” Sarles said in the prepared statement, “and now our labels reflect that unwavering dedication.”

The company labels also will say it doesn’t sweeten its products with high-fructose corn syrup, which it hasn’t used for years. And beginning with the 2016 harvest, the company is using cans without Bisphenol A (BPA) lining.

So when you shop in the coming season, read your labels and choose wisely. I know that not everyone has access to organic, fresh produce, or the time to make homemade pie and other pastry fillings. So, this is an alternative that can be used for your peace of mind when trying to live as healthy as possible.

Now We Have Bio-Engineered Nano-Food-What's Next?

Some interesting new findings for you.

For over 15 years, bio-engineered Nano-Food has been taking over our commercial and corporate food supplies. Un-regulated, untested, Nanotechnology was a One Trillion Dollar Market in 2014 while Engineered NanoFoods was said to be at $5.8 Billion in 2012.

Senior scientists have warned that nanotechnology, the manipulation of matter at the scale of atoms and molecules, introduces serious new risks to human and environmental health.

Yet, in the absence of public debate, or oversight from regulators, unlabelled foods manufactured using nanotechnology have begun to appear on our supermarket shelves.

Around the world, there is an increase in interest in our food, health, and the environment.

Where our products are produced, how, why, by whom, how far have they travelled, how long have they been stored etc, should be of interest and a concern to all of us. The organic and local food movements have emerged as an intuitive and practical response to the increasing use of chemicals in food production, and to the growing alienation of industrial agribusiness from holistic agricultural systems.

Modern technology may sound fascinating, and seem good to many people after just a casual observance. However, a need to look at the long-range outcome of ingesting these so-called miracle foods needs to be seriously considered on behalf of not only ourselves and our health and well-being, but, also, that of future generations.  

Be alert, be aware, and grow your own food, or look for local organic farmers, if at all possible.

Remember Erin Brockovich? Chromium-6 Is in the U.S. Drinking Water of Millions!

In 2000, the movie, Erin Brockovich, made headlines. Based on a true story, it told how families in the Hinkley, California, area were extremely sick from the chemicals in the water, a carcinogenic chemical called chromium-6.

Now, 25 years later from the original case, it was reported on September 21, 2016 on CNN, this same substance could be in YOUR drinking water. It is estimated that thousands of new cancer cases could be a result of this contamination since it has been found in the drinking water of 200 + million Americans.

EWG, the Environmental Working Group, reported that a new analysis by them of federal data from nationwide drinking water tests, shows that the compound contaminates water supplies for more than 200 million Americans in all 50 states. Yet, federal regulations are stalled by a chemical industry challenge that could mean no national regulation, even though chemical state scientists in California and elsewhere say it causes cancer when ingested at even extraordinarily low levels.

It is happening all over again but on a much larger scale: The entire US! Go to EWG and see a map of the U.S. that will show the levels of chromium-6 in your area. 

In 2008, a two-year study by the National Toxicology Program found that drinking water with chromium-6, or hexavalent chromium, caused cancer in laboratory rats and mice. See report below. [3] 

Based on this and other animal studies, in 2010, scientists at the respected and influential California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment concluded that ingestion of tiny amounts of chromium-6 can cause cancer in people, a conclusion affirmed by state scientists in New Jersey and North Carolina.

"Whether it is chromium-6, PFOA or lead, the public is looking down the barrel of a serious water crisis across the country that has been building for decades," Brockovich said in a written statement Tuesday, blaming it on "corruption, complacency, and utter incompetence."

Personal Hygiene Products: Are they safe?

I came across this full page ad about Lysol. It was once recommended for women to use for personal hygiene, not just for household cleaning. Tap on it to read more clearly. It is shocking to think what was acceptable to use as a normal hygiene product not that long ago.

Regarding Procter and Gamble’s ultra-absorbent Rely tampons. 
According to the book Soap Opera: The Inside Story of Procter and Gamble, the company dismissed consumer complaints about the tampons for years. A 1975 company memo disclosed that Rely tampons contained known cancer-causing agents and that the product altered the natural organisms found in the vagina. Rely tampons were taken off the shelves in 1980, but many women claim they left a legacy of hysterectomies and loss of fertility.

Among health-conscious women, the toxicity of mainstream tampons has long been an issue of concern. "Just as I say heck no to Cottonseed oil, it is for the same reason I say heck no to sticking toxic cotton up into my nethers," writes Meghan Telpner. "Did ya know that 84 million pounds of pesticides are sprayed on 14.4 million acres of conventional cotton grown each year in the US."

She continues:

The rayon/viscose used in Tampax is made from wood pulp. Last I checked, there were no such thing as rayon trees and trees don't magically turn into rayon- it takes hundreds of chemicals. The chlorine bleaching of wood pulp is where the greatest danger lies. The process creates chlorinated hydrocarbons, a hazardous group of chemicals with byproducts that includes dioxins, some of the most toxic substances known. Parts per million my cooch! There are no safe levels dioxins, they are impossible to break down and so keep building up in our tissues

What about the tampons used now?

There are numerous present day products normally used by women. However, one may want to take heed of current warnings.

This is news from Revolution News: 

 "A team of Argentine scientists found traces of glyphosate in 85% of personal care and feminine hygiene products containing cotton and commonly purchased in drugstores and supermarkets," writes Revolution News.

"The study looked at a sampling of products from pharmacies and supermarkets in the area of La Plata, and analyzed cotton swabs, gauze and articles for feminine use. The results from all commercial products detected 85% glyphosate and 62% AMPA (metabolite or derivative of glyphosate). Almost 100% of the cotton produced in Argentina is transgenic and glyphosate applications are made while the cocoon is open."

"Glyphosate has even been found to promote cancer at parts per trillion concentrations, meaning that even low-level exposure from tampons might lead to deadly cancers in women. (The GMO industry says women who are concerned about GMOs are "anti-science" and too stupid to understand technology.)

It is inarguable that the human vagina readily absorbs chemicals found in tampons. When those tampons are made from GMO cotton -- the vast majority of cotton that's commercially grown -- they almost always contain glyphosate that gets absorbed through vaginal walls and enters the bloodstream.

If it is made from cotton, it is probably laced with chemicals. Look for products specifically labeled, "made from organic sources!" 

There are many new products sold in health food stores that do not have any harmful ingredients. Since pads and tampons are used every month, and tampons are now so frequently used even by very young girls first starting their menses, this is so very important! Read labels on EVERYTHING.

Damages Won In the UK for Swine Flu Victims

Patients who suffered brain damage as a result of taking a swine flu vaccine

are to receive multi-million-pound payouts from the UK government. The government is expected to receive a bill of approximately £60 million, with each of the 60 victims expected to receive about £1 million each.

Peter Todd, a lawyer who represented many of the claimants, told the Sunday Times: "There has never been a case like this before. The victims of this vaccine have an incurable of this vaccine have an incurable and lifelong condition and will require extensive medication.

"Following the swine flu outbreak of 2009, about 60 million people,
most of them children, received the vaccine."

It was subsequently revealed that the vaccine, Pandemrix, can cause narcolepsy
and and cataplexy in about one in 16,000 people, and many more are expected to
come forward with the symptoms. Across Europe, more than 800 children are so far known to have been made ill by the vaccine. Narcolepsy affects a person's sleeping cycle, leaving them unable to sleep for more than 90 minutes at a time, and causing them to fall unconscious during the day. The condition damages mental function and memory, and can lead to hallucinations and mental illness. Cataplexy causes a person to lose consciousness when they are experiencing heightened emotion, including when they are laughing. 

The Pandemrix vaccine was manufactured by pharmaceuticals giant Glaxo Smith Kline, which refused to supply governments unless it was indemnifiedagainst any claim for damage caused. The company will pay the bill, and claim the money back from the government.

"There's no doubt in my mind whatsoever that Pandemrix increased the occurrence of narcolepsy onset in children in some countries - and probably in most countries," Emmanuelle Mignot, a specialist in sleep disorder at Stanford University in the United States told Reuters. 

Mignot has been paid by GSK to research the effects of the drug.Among those affected are NHS medical staff, many of whom are now unable to do their jobs because of the symptoms brought on by the vaccine.
